AirFare Catering is owned and operated by two sisters, Kristin and
Melissa, who bring a unique perspective to the in-flight catering
business.
Kristin was professionally trained as a chef and graduated
from culinary school in 1994. Since graduation, she has worked as
Chef-de-Cuisine at a fine dining restaurant, as a personal chef for a
private household and as the kitchen manager of a restaurant and
catering company.
Melissa, on the other hand, has many years of
experience in the airline industry. She has worked as a flight
attendant for a major commercial airline, a charter company and a
fractional-jet corporation. She has also been a coordinator on charter
flights for professional sports teams and other high profile
customers.
Together, our combined experience
provides AirFare Catering with the distinct understanding and
knowledge of providing a first-class product with a focus on excellent
